| WILLIE CREEK PEARL FARM AND NORTHERN BEACHES (Small 4WD) |  |
| Small
4WD – Travel north of Broome along Manari Road. Stop in at Willie Creek
and do the Pearl Farm Tour (bookings essential, tours run frequently
throughout the day). For the rest of the day, explore the northern
beaches (Quandong, James Price Point, Manari, Coconut Wells) or go
fishing at one of the creeks (Willie Creek, Barred Creek). |

| BROOME DAY TOUR (Any Vehicle) |  |
| Explore
Broome in air-conditioned comfort at your on pace. Visit Cable Beach
and stroll along the pristine sands. Head to Gantheume Point and see
the Dinosaur Footprint, Anastasia’s Pool, and the Lighthouse. Stop in
at the deep water port and Ridells Beach, and then continue on to the
historical Japanese and Chinese cemetery. Explore Town Beach and have a
wander through the museum before stopping in at Matso’s brewery.
Venture into Chinatown and have a look at the beautiful pearl jewellery
in the Linneys, Paspaley, Kailis, and Willie Creek showrooms. |

| HEADING OUT OF TOWN? (Any Vehicle) |  |
| Stop
off at the Mango Wineries Estate and try Mango Wines, ports, smoothies
or desserts all made on the estate! Just 19kms out of Broome on the
Broome Highway. Or visit the famous Malcolm Douglas Wildlife Park and
Rehabilitation centre also on the Broome Highway 18kms from Broome town
centre. |

| WINDJANA GORGE AND TUNNEL CREEK (Large 4WD) |  |
| Depart
Broome early; pass though the town of Derby. Venture on to the Gibb
River Road – first stop Windjana Gorge. Follow on to Tunnel Creek
before returning to Broome. |

| FITZROY CROSSING AND GEIKE GORGE (Large 4WD) |  |
| Depart
Broome early; follow the Great Northern Highway to Fitzroy Crossing.
Explore the township before heading to Geike Gorge. Pass through Derby
on your way back to Broome. |

| CAPE LEVEQUE (Large 4WD) |  |
| Head
north on Cape Leveque Road to Beagle Bay and see the pearl shell
church. Continue to Cape Leveque and spend the afternoon swimming,
snorkeling or fishing. Either spend the night camping under the stars
or in other accommodation at Kooljaman or return to Broome. |

| WINDJANA GORGE, TUNNEL CREEK AND GEIKE GORGE (Large 4WD) |  |
| Depart
Broome early; pass though the town of Derby. Venture on to the Gibb
River Road – first stop Windjana Gorge. Follow on to Tunnel Creek.
Spend the night in Fitzroy Crossing. In the morning, explore Geike
Gorge before heading back to Broome. |

| DAY 1 - Broome to Cape Leveque |  |
| Head
up the Cape Leveque Road and don’t forget your snorkelling and fishing
gear as once you are in Cape Leveque you have all the time to relax and
enjoy the surroundings. Also don’t forget your walking shoes as there
are a few different beaches to have a look around. Stay in one of the
Safari Tents or become one with nature and stay overnight in the Beach
Shelters. |
| DAY 2 - Explore Cape Leveque |  |
| Wake
up watching the sun rise before heading to the cool waters for a
refreshing swim in one of the beaches before heading back to Broome. |

| CAPE LEVEQUE (Large 4WD) |
| DAY 1 - Broome – Beagle Bay – Middle Lagoon - Cape Leveque |  |
| Head
up the Cape Leveque Road, and visit Beagle Bay where you can see the
unique pearl shell church altar. Continue to Middle Lagoon, a tranquil
coastal area with superb fishing, swimming and snorkelling. Finish the
day’s drive at Cape Leveque. Stay overnight at Kooljaman Safari Resort. |
| DAY 2 - Explore Cape Leveque |  |
| Visit
Lombardina, see the world renowned mission church of corrugated iron
lined with paper bark on bush timber supports, take a locally guided
tour of the area, enjoy excellent swimming, fishing and mud-crabbing,
or simply laze on the beautiful beach and relax. |
| DAY 3 - Cape Leveque – One Arm Point - Broome |  |
| Explore
One Arm Point and perhaps buy some beautiful trochus jewellery or other
artefacts of the Bardi people. Continue back to Broome. |

| DAY 1 - Broome to Imintji (620kms, 7 ½ hrs) |  |
| Pick
up 4WD in Broome and head to Derby. Continue via Tunnel Creek To
Imitji, where you can stay overnight at the Imitji Safari Camp. |
| DAY 2 - Imintji |  |
| Explore Bells Gorge, enjoy a hike or simply relax in the magnificent surroundings. |
| DAY 3 - Imintji - El Questro Station (400kms, 5hrs) |  |
| Explore
Glavans Gorge, Manning and Barrett Gorge and continue to El Questro
Station and Emma Gorge, where you can stay at Emma Gorge Resort. |
| DAY 4 - El Questro Station |  |
| Relax at Emma Gorge. Discover El Questro Gorge, Zebedee Springs and Chamberlain Gorge. |
| DAY 5 - El Questro Station - Kununurra (85kms, 1hr) |  |
| Travel early to Kununurra to stock up on supplies. Explore Lake Argyle, and stay overnight at the All Seasons Kununurra. |
| DAY 6 - Kununurra - Bungle Bungles (330kms, 5hrs) |  |
| Continue to the Purnululu National Park Safari Camp, where you can begin your exploration of the Bungle Bungle Range. |
| DAY 7 - Bungle Bungles - Fitzroy Crossing (485kms, 6hrs) |  |
| Early
start to visit Echidna Chasm then depart Purnululu and travel to Halls
Creek via the Great Northern Highway. Visit Halls Creek, the site of
the first Gold Rush in WA. Travel to Fitzroy Crossing and stay at the
Fizroy River Lodge. |
| DAY 8 - Fitzroy Crossing - Broome (390km, 5hrs) |  |
| Explore Geike Gorge then continue to Broome. |

| BROOME TO DARWIN (Large 4WD) |
| DAY 1 - Broome - Fitzroy Crossing |  |
| Travel
through Cattle Country to the important and historic ‘beef’ town of
Derby. Go inside the huge Prison Boab Tree, perhaps visit the Royal
Flying Doctor Service en route to view the mighty Fitzroy River.

| DAY 2 - Fitzroy Crossing - Halls Creek |  |
| Explore
the famous Geike Gorge National Park. Perhaps join the local park
rangers for a cruise on the Fitzroy River through the huge gorge and
spot local wildlife - including sawfish, stingrays and freshwater
crocodiles. Continue along the Great Northern Highway to Halls Creek,
site of the first gold rush in Western Australia in 1885. Visit a
pioneer’s cemetery, China Wall - a significant geological formation and
some of the original gold mines. Overnight: Kimberley Hotel |
| DAY 3 - Halls Creek - Kununurra |  |
| Continue
through the vast Kimberley landscape to the east Kimberley hub of
Kununurra, right on Lake Argyle. Overnight: All Seasons Kununurra |
| DAY 4 - Explore Kununurra |  |
| Day
tours are a great way to experience many of the dramatic jewels of the
East Kimberley including: Bungle Bungles, Lake Argyle, Lake Kununurra,
Ord River, the world’s largest diamond mine. You can easily self-drive
around the local area, to the banks of Lake Argyle, Hidden Valley, the
town of Wyndham with its prolific bird life and billabongs. Overnight:

| Cross
the State line into the Northern Territory and continue through the
tiny town of Timber Creek and the Gregory National Park before arriving
at Katherine, on the banks of the Katherine River. Overnight: All

| DAY 6 - Explore Katherine |  |
| The
famous Katherine Gorge in the Nitmiluk National Park is the highlight

| DAY 7 - Katherine - Kakadu |  |

a morning cruise through Katherine Gorge and explore the surrounds
before reaching Kakadu for sunset. Overnight: Kakadu Lodge |

spectacular areas are easily accessible in this World Heritage listed
area. Flood plains, billabongs, woodlands and rock plateaux. Overnight:
